Mentice is a Swedish public limited liability company and is governed through General assembly, the board of directors, the managing director and other management team members of the company. The company follow the Swedish company act (aktiebolagslagen), Articles of Association and the Rules of procedure for the board of directors and instructions for the managing director. With the listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, the Company is complying with Nasdaq First North’s Rule Book for Issuers and applies the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”). Nasdaq First North Premier is not a regulated market, however, application of the Code is a formal listing requirement imposed by the Nasdaq exchange.
