The Board of Directors of Mentice AB (publ) has today agreed with CEO Göran Malmberg, who recently turned 65, that he will leave his position as CEO. Göran Malmberg will remain in his position until a successor is in place and will also be associated with Mentice AB as a senior advisor during the period after a new CEO has been appointed. The recruitment of Göran Malmberg's successor will begin immediately.

This is the first of three orders related to the same project for systems and software with a total value exceeding 3.2 million USD. All three orders are expected during the second quarter and are related to the Mentice Americas region.
