Göran Malmberg has been CEO of Mentice AB since 2008.

"Göran has done an admirable job of first taking Mentice out of the deep crisis the company was in when he took office and then building Mentice into what it is today with technically very advanced and market-leading products in its market segment, an M&S organization with global market subscription that has resulted in an increased market share and rapid sales growth, an average of 22% growth over the last three years and, perhaps most importantly, built an organization on three continents with a very high level of expertise. The Board is pleased and thinks it is valuable for the company that Göran wants to take on an advisory role after he steps down as CEO," says Chairman of the Board Magnus Nilsson.

Göran Malmberg will remain in his role until his successor is in place.
