Rick has more than 20 years of experience of working within finance, business management and leadership. Rick has previously held several positions where he has demonstrated his ability to enable and drive business performance to deliver on the goals set by establishing financial and operational structures and processes to support the business needs. Notably, Rick has been an Audit Partner at KPMG where he led the audit of large global organizations after which he worked 10 years for Koninklijke Philips N.V., a global player in the medical device industry, where he amongst others served as Head of Finance for the global Philips CT/AMI business.
