The Nomination Committee of Mentice AB has resolved to amend it previous proposition regarding Item 2 of the agenda for the Annual General Meeting to be held on May 27th 2020 with regards to the proposed chairman of the meeting 2020

Due to the current situation with regards to the virus spread of Covid-19 and the restrictions communicated as a result of this, the previously proposed chairman, Lawrence D. Howell, will not likely be able to attend the meeting, and thus the Nomination Committee has decided to adjust its resolution proposal. The Nomination Committee instead proposes that Bo Berndtsson, lawyer at Setterwalls Law firm, shall be the chairman of the Annual General Meeting 2020.
